Refund policy

All AMYGURUMI patterns are digital PDF downloads, delivered by email right after your payment is confirmed. Because the product is delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a pattern has been downloaded or the download link has been sent.

If you have a problem with your order, contact us before requesting a refund:

• Wrong or corrupted file: email contact.crochet.support@gmail.com and we'll send a working copy right away.
• Never received your email: check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us and we'll resend the link.
• Accidental duplicate purchase: contact us within 24 hours and we'll refund the duplicate.

If you're not sure a pattern is right for you, message us before buying. We're happy to answer questions about skill level, yarn, or finished size.
